This article discusses the challenges of performing the temperature uniformity survey (TUS) with particular reference to employing the “thru-process” TUS principle applied to continuous and/or semi-continuous processes. The focus will be on the AMS2750G specification, but similar principles apply to CQI-9 with minor specification adaptations.
