From what must be said were humble beginnings the company has grown to now be an established, respected and trusted supplier of Thru-process temperatures and optical profiling systems. We may not be a large corporation, but we are big enough to drive innovative technology, quickly and efficiently. At the same time we are small enough to care how our customers are treated with service and support. Our experienced team is agile, focused and empowered to efficiently respond to the needs of existing and new customers.

Obviously, it is important to look back and celebrate the past 15 years but we at PhoenixTM want to also celebrate the exciting future that awaits!

We will endeavour to continue to supply the market with market leading innovative technology and the service support our customers, desire. As the industry evolves, we will evolve with it rather than others where product offerings have not changed over the years, and a one size fits all commodity approach is increasingly being taken.
